The location was acceptable, granting proximity to desired places.
The room size fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. There was scarcely enough room to move around the bed, resembling more of a closet than a proper room. the absence of adequate soundproofing was quite bothersome. Sounds from adjacent rooms and the hallway were clearly audible throughout the night, severely impeding sleep quality.

the location was amazing, putting me right in the heart of all the action. i was thrilled to discover how close i was to ben thanh market... i quickly walked there. our room was also newly decorated and lovely! breakfast had such fabulous options!
i noticed that the pool had limited seating.

The staff were pretty good. One receptionist helped me so much with my flight, even texting me later to ensure it worked out. they were really professional and friendly and offered support to find great local restaurants. their dedication added so much value to my experience.

the hotel stands in a superb spot, right in district 1 near walking street, bars, shopping, and awesome dining. it is also close to ben thanh markets, beer street, and saigon centre. everything felt so accessible.

The location is good. It was easy to reach many places from the hotel. The staff were helpful. The breakfast had a variety of food, so I didn't lack in options.
The room was small. There was not enough room for our luggage, and I tripped over it a lot. The shower is located in the same area as the toilet, and it becomes quite wet when showering. It made for a slip hazard.

I loved the location and helpful staff. The check-out time at 12pm was a big bonus. Anh and Vinh were amazing at the door and I really appreciate it.
The pool area felt a bit too tight. The pool itself was clean and they supplied towels. More space around the pool would be good.

My Premier Double Room had a window and a stocked minibar upon arrival. It felt very clean. Daily refills of water bottles were available and the reception refills too, what a bonus!
